How it Works

• Call us at 918.747.8687 or fill out the email form to discuss your requirments - special needs, geographic area, price range, amenities, or unique wants before we start your customized search.  
• After searching through our databases we place multiple phone calls on your behalf to the apartment communities that fit your criteria and compile a list for consideration/review.
• We then call you to set up an appointment to go over our findings and make sure we are matching yours needs to the perfect apartment.  Then we go and view the apartment communities for your approval.
• Once you have made your final decision you'll fill out your application and where it says "How did you here about us?"  You fill in Tulsa Locators and the name of the Locators consultant that helped you.
• Once approved, you move in on your move in date!

• Tulsa Locators bills the apartment community for our services and after they pay us, Tulsa Locators reimburses you for the application fee up to $50.
